The Companies (Avenue Value Chain Services Pvt Ltd & VLN Value Chain Solutions Pvt Ltd) are in the business of supply chain disintermediation. It offers supply chain services on a profit share basis with a right to sell the underlying inventories. It primarily focuses on residential real estate projects in the city of Hyderabad. The Company works on a cash in – cash out model which results in limited exit risk and regular pay-outs to the investors. As and when the inventory is sold, Avenue/VLN receives its share of profit as cash out, a part of which can be paid back to the investors and the rest is ploughed back in the business.
