Aishwarya Bendre

CEO

Aishwarya Bendre is the CEO of the Company. Aishwarya has 12+ years of experience of FMCG and Cosmetics businesses. She started her career with Gorej HiCare in HR in 2006 and post that started her training career in Kaya Ltd and subsequently joined Hindustan Field Services (a joint venture between HUL and Smollan Holdings) where her role expanded into operations along with training. Post HFS she worked with Loreal for 4.5 years as National Training Manager. Over the years she has developed a strong understanding of the Selective business which is driven by Beauty Advisors and Makeover Artists. She comes with an excellent domain knowledge of consumer behavior and product knowledge. She is thorough with hands on experience on all aspects of the business including operations, sales and marketing

It’s been 4 years that I have had the opportunity to engage with the TIW team; and while one might call it short the learning has been immense. The switch from Human Resource management to business while seem daunting the transition has been made comfortable with the support and guidance of TIW. It is inspiring and amazing how every discussion, every meeting has something new to offer. It’s not only the value that they bring to the table with their experience of various industries, companies, departments but the energy and passion to execute those ideas is inspiring. Out and out it has been a fantastic journey.
